STS & OAK ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

Upon arriving at your airport, please follow signs to baggage claim and proceed to your baggage carousel — even if you are not checking bags. A transportation representative will be waiting in baggage claim holding a Montage Healdsburg sign and will escort you to your awaiting vehicle.

SFO ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

Upon arrival at SFO, your driver will contact you directly to introduce themselves and coordinate your pickup. Please proceed to your designated baggage claim area, even if you have not checked any luggage. Once all baggage has been collected, please contact your driver and provide the nearest exit door number. Your driver will then make their way to the designated curbside pickup location to meet you. Please allow approximately 5 to 7 minutes for your driver to arrive from the airport staging area. If there are any changes to your itinerary or if you have difficulty locating your driver, please contact Jake Meinking at 513-335-6918 for assistance.

Estimated transfer times to Montage Healdsburg:

Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS): approximately 25 - 30 minutes
San Francisco International Airport (SFO): approximately 90 - 120 minutes
Oakland International Airport (OAK): approximately 90 - 120 minutes

Location: Poolside

Ease into the relaxed rhythm of wine country as you arrive throughout the day. We invite you to visit our hospitality and gifting experience, which will be located Poolside throughout the afternoon. There’s no better way to take in the California sun, than by choosing your custom designer sunglasses, courtesy of our partner with Select Shades. From there, you are welcome to enjoy the property at your leisure. Relax at Montage Healdsburg’s two pools, each elevated above Bourdeaux varietal vineyards. Choose the tranquil adults-only pool or the lively family pool, both featuring private pool cabanas and poolside dining inspired by fresh Mediterranean flavors.

We will share exciting updates on Montage & Pendry Hotels, our future development pipeline, hear from RMC and engage in thoughtful dialogue on industry insights, with an open opportunity for Q&A.

Location: Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve

Begin the day with experiences designed to awaken the senses and connect you to the land. All experiences will begin at 7:30 AM and will be no more than 60 minutes.

Guided yoga in the movement studio overlooking the pool and vineyards below
A guided 2‑mile hike through oak‑studded trails
Pickleball on hillside courts with Compass Sports
Gentle wake up with a sound bath
Morning at leisure where you are welcome to enjoy the resort amenities, including workout facilities

You'll make your activity selection when you register for the trip.

Refuel after an active morning with terroir to table delights and house-made pastries as you set the tone for the day ahead.

Location: Robert Young Estate Winery

Explore a sixth‑generation family estate with roots dating back to 1858.
Enjoy a barrel tasting and cave tour that reveal the craftsmanship behind their wines.
Scenic lunch overlooking the sweeping beauty of Alexander Valley.

1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

Second Stop On The Journey

Location: Jordan Vineyard & Winery

Visit a French‑inspired chateau surrounded by nearly 1,200 acres of vineyards and natural habitat.
Experience the timeless elegance and refined winemaking that define this iconic Sonoma estate.

3:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Afternoon at Leisure

Location: Montage Healdsburg

Return to Montage for restorative time at your own pace:

Soak up the sunshine at one of two pools while satisfying your thirst or need for a bite at Hudson Springs Bar and Grill.
Catch up on rest and relaxation as you take in the retreat of your room

Revisit Compass Sports and try a new activity or continue one you began earlier in the day.

6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Dinner

Location: Oak Terrace

Conclude the day with a beautifully curated dinner beneath the open sky in yet another unique outdoor setting as you celebrate new connections.
